Customer Service Executive

Job Description: Looking for an experienced customer service agent with excellent communication skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. 

Must haves: 1. Previous experience in customer service environment 2. Experience in preparing proposals & quotations 3. Telesales experience 4. Highly organized 5. Scheduling/Dispatching experience 6. Inbound/Outbound call center experience 7. Quick learner 8. Excellent experience in MS Office (Excel/Spreadsheets) 9. Presentable and polite character 10. Speaks English and Arabic 11. Submits Financial documents to accounting 12. Generate sales reports 13. Support Ground team 14. Handles all mobile communication with customers
